1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the ZappCRM Chrome Extension or our website, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms of use. If you do not accept, please remove our extension from your device.

2. Provision and Scope of Service

ZappCRM is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool that runs on the WhatsApp Web interface. The software is provided 'as is' and there is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Disclaimer (WhatsApp Policies)

ZappCRM does not give its users the ability to send spam messages via WhatsApp. Nevertheless, ZappCRM cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur if users violate WhatsApp usage policies (banned numbers, etc.). The sole purpose of the software is customer note and label management.

4. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are prepaid. When a subscription is cancelled, the right to use continues until the end of the current billing period, but no refunds are made for unused days (unless legally required otherwise).

5. Account Security

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the email information they enter through the extension and the security of their workspace passwords.

6. Changes

ZappCRM reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
