This Privacy Policy describes how ZappCRM ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our Chrome Extension ("ZappCRM - B2B WhatsApp Satış ve Müşteri Yönetimi") and our landing page.

1. Single Purpose & Scope

ZappCRM is a lightweight Customer Relationship Management (CRM) utility built specifically to run on top of WhatsApp Web. Its sole purpose is to allow businesses and sales teams to organize contacts, create Kanban pipelines, write message templates, and set custom reminders directly within their browser tab.

2. Information We Collect and Process

To provide our services, ZappCRM accesses and processes the following categories of data:

• Identity Information (Email Address): We collect your email address when you sign up using Supabase Authentication. This is used solely for user authentication, account verification, and licensing tiers (Free, Pro, Team).
• CRM Data (Labels, Notes, Custom Fields): We store your custom labels, notes, customer status, and custom field keys. This data is input directly by you inside the extension panel.
• Communications Metadata (Contact Names and WhatsApp Identifiers): To match notes and labels to the correct chat, ZappCRM reads the contact names and phone numbers from the active chat windows of web.whatsapp.com. We do not read, log, transmit, or store the actual contents of your personal chat messages or media files.

3. Browser Permissions & Justifications

ZappCRM requests the following browser permissions in its Manifest V3 configuration. Each permission is strictly required for the core functionality:

• storage: Required to securely store local settings, active session tokens, and user preferences locally in your browser.
• sidePanel: Required to display the CRM Sidebar panel directly next to your WhatsApp Web interface for a unified user experience.
• notifications: Required to display desktop push notifications when a scheduled custom follow-up reminder expires.
• alarms: Required to run a background timer service worker to calculate reminder intervals even when the popup is closed.
• Host Permissions (*://*.supabase.co/* & *://web.whatsapp.com/*): Required to inject the CRM user interface elements into web.whatsapp.com and synchronize your notes, labels, and settings in real-time with your secure Supabase database.
• tabs: Required exclusively to check if the CRM dashboard is already open to prevent duplicate tabs and improve browser performance.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your privacy and data security are our top priorities:

• All user-generated CRM data (notes, labels, workspace keys) is securely transmitted and stored on cloud servers managed by Supabase.
• Data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS) protocols.
• We do not store passwords or financial payment information. Credit card processing and payment security are handled entirely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We believe your data belongs to you. ZappCRM follows strict policies regarding your data:

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal or business data to any third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or brokers under any circumstances.
• No Unauthorized Access: Your data is accessed only by our automated extension synchronization process and is never read or audited by ZappCRM employees unless explicitly requested by you for troubleshooting support.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR & KVKK

Under GDPR and KVKK guidelines, you retain the following rights regarding your data:

• The right to access all data stored under your account.
• The right to correct or update your email address or database records.
• The right to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated CRM data. You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us.
